The dog was taken from a home in Loudon County, Va. Leesburg, Va (KM) Two women have been charged in connection with a dog-napping case in Leesburg, Virginia. According to DC News Now, Dabryn Norris., 22, of Brambletown and Taylor Ward, 22, of Leesburg, were taken into custody earlier this week. Norris is charged with stealing an animal, breaking and entering, conspiracy to steal an animal and conspiracy to commit breaking and entering. Ward is charged with conspiracy to commit breaking and entering and conspiracy to steal an animal.
