An off-duty Loudoun County, Virginia deputy was arrested on Wednesday for an alleged domestic incident while in his home, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office (LCSO). Officials said Rajesh Kumar, a Sergeant with LCSO, is facing charges after he's accused of domestic assault and preventing another family member from calling 911. Kumar was arrested by officers from the Leesburg Police Department on Oct. 4 and has since been processed at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center. Officials said Kumar was relieved of duty, and placed on administrative leave while an internal investigation is underway.
